festivals or festivus?

as another year goes by in starkville, ms.....i see that our university or campus activities board has booked another stellar performance for our "old main festival". and by stellar i mean shitty....so i was wondering if any of you people out there are having the same problem/think that jacket would be awesome in your festival?....any cool music fests goin down besides the big ones like memphis in may, jazzfest, ROO, allgood....just wondering, ours is pretty lowkey and downhome...anyone?

i would die to see my morning jacket play anywhere in the state of MS, but sometimes i feel that the state of ms isnt on kick ass bands maps....
