Hi there,
Ticket Master is saying the show a the Greek Theatre is GA.  Does this mean there are no seats or you can get a seat first come first serve?  I am asking because my brother has significant back issues and can't stand for a long period of time.
Thanks!   :)

I'm assuming you've never been to the Greek before?  If not, check out the pictures on this page:

When they do GA there, there are no seats in the front part right in front of the stage.  This is the place most people go when they stand in line to get in early so that they can get close to the stage.  There are seats at the very back part of the front part, but they are usually the first to go.  The stone benches surrounding the front part have plenty of seating and usually don't fill up until close to show time.  That will probably be the best bet for your brother.

Thanks for the info.  I have never been to the Greek Theatre.  I am from Mass and my brother lives in CA.  I hope to be able to get him tickets for his birthday.   :)

The coolest night I've ever seen at the Greek was Radiohead night 1 two years ago - 6/23/06.  The fog rolled into the hills while the show progressed, prompting Thom to remark at one point, "This fog thing is strange."

I thought, they're from England, yeah?  London Fog?  hello?

Yeah, I know they're from Oxford.

You should go!!  Nothin like it in MA....Excellent venue...Great sound, unique location, infused with shows of years gone past, great food in Berzerkley...True on a clear night (which it likely will be in Sept), the view from up top is amazing.  Just remember to bring something soft to sit on...in the event you ever do sit...as there's not a soft spot in the house (except on the grass...and you don't want to be there).

I got my tickets for the show and I bought my plane ticket too.  I can't wait!!!
Thanks for all the adivse guys.  Now I'll be able to relax knowing my brother should be comfortable. I spoke to him yesterday and he's totally pumped for the show.
Hope to see ya'll there!
