After you ordered, did the receipt page show up?  I kept mine open to print it (just in case) and it says at the top:

THANK YOU. YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE! Please print a copy of this confirmation page and file it in a safe place. This confirmation is your receipt. You will receive an email confirmation for your records, as well. However, this page serves as your receipt if you do not receive your email confirmation in a timely manner.

The bolding is my emphasis,...but maybe your email is still making it's way to you?

Orch pit CCC on the aisle and my friend got GG in the 600s section.  Neither one of us got these tickets until about 10:10 to 10:15.  I hit the search for tickets button about 300 times unsuccessfully until those CCC tickets popped in.  
It was definitely a messed up experience. MMJ may want to start looking at a Pearl Jam fan club system - $10-15 a year: send us some stickers, a newsletter, special fan club-only record/cd, etc. and when tickets do go on sale offer them up to these members.  I believe this would better ensure that the best seats get in the hands of the band's biggest fans.

I am so happy I got tickets.  You really don't have too much to worry about if you are in the mezzanine.  The first time I saw Neil Young was at Radio City and I had really bad seats and he still tore my face off, you can see from everywhere in that place, it is very well made and can defiantly facilitate good sound and view from pretty much everywhere.  My tickets are first mezzanine, row K, seats 109 and 110.  My friend and I got them this morning.  Share where you are if you are close.

I'm in the same section with you on the 1st mezz., but a few rows down in AA, seats 102, 103. And I'll echo your sentiments on Cobra!

Sitting next to you... my friend and I were both trying thia AM (2 windows, 1 password each window) and we got 4, seats 701-704 in the same section and row...

I also had 4, but they were 2nd Mezz so his were better...

hey gang, first time on this board. Seems like there are a lot of people unfamiliar with Radio City on here. Outstanding venue and if you are downstairs, it is super. I have only seen one show from the mezzanine and that was Beck. Sound was fantastic but seemed a little far away.

**If you go to the seating chart on Radio City's website, they give you a nice option to see the view from your seats. pretty cool function.

for the smokers, I guess you can get away with it at this venue once the show gets going. They have a lot of people walking around seating people, especially once the lights go out. Some venues in NYC are now being tough with smoking. Some will give you a warning and make you put it out while others will kick you out (like what happened to me at Thievery Corporation's last Webster Hall show) Beer line always seems to be a pain in the ass and long.

Regardless, the show is going to kick ass. If you didn't get tix yet, you should have no problem getting them tomorrow. When they last played Roseland, the show didn't sell out till about a week or so before and that place only holds 3k

ps. At about 10:20 on the second pre sale I scored orch5 row v.

pss. lots of great bars in that area but they more lively on week nights since it is midtown. Since it is a Saturday, head to the east village or my neighborhood, the Lower East Side, for a great afternoon warm up.
