MMJ at the BEACH!

Ok here's the deal...

I'm definately going to the Atlanta show....

Trying to trick my girlfriend (she doesn't NOT like them, I just haven't done enough brainwashing...think she would enjoy a show) in going somewhere when they are playing on our vacation...looked at Myrtle Beach.

Are there any good beaches near DC or Charlottesville VA?

Help would be much appreciated!

I live in the DC Area, sorry to tell you but there is no beach around this area.

I live in D.C. also and the beach is about 2 1/2 hours away. I would take this to a whole new level and go to Europe. I was dating my wife for two months and took her to amsterdam for a Black Crowes show and life has never been the same. We just spent an incredible weekend in NYC this past weekend and had a great time with the RCMH show as the center piece. If she's the right one then Go For It! Life's too short and MMJ is the perfect reason to takeyour relationship to that next level, if that is what you are trying to do.  Good luck with what ever you decide to do.

well whats wrong with Myrtle Beach?!

I lived in Myrtle for a summer and Im sure you could find plenty to do there outside of MMJ (If you do go there, go to Surfside Beach and not the part of the beach on the strip of hotels..its so much more laidback than the 'umbrella line' part of the beach

But whats best is that the HOB there is probably like 1500 capacity tops for sure, and GA. If you get their early, youd have a hell of a spot because there are no seats on the floor. Like 10 feet from the stage, center, good. I got tix for Chicago, and I dont know about venue size for all the shows, but I would think that that HOB is very small compared to most venues theyre playing on this tour.

My recommendation is give her a massage and say that Myrtle Beach is awesome somehow slyly during said massage

Virginia Beach, Va.- Tell Mike Vick is said to go fuck himself.  He ruined my team.

The Outer Banks, NC.  Great fishing.  Tell those big Tuna and Marlin that i'm comin' for em'.

Myrtle Beach/Charleston-  Myrtle is kinda like a more expensive Panama City Beach(yeehaw) but it has a new LedZeppelin Roller Coaster.  Charleston is the greatest place on Earth but kinda far from DC.

Thanks for the tips....definately wanna go somewhere more relaxed....and a nice evening with the Jacket would definately be a sweet addition to the trip.
