One of the best things I love about living in the Atlanta area is there are so many venues and there are multiple shows always happening in the city, and for the most part bands seem to give a little extra when they're down here.

So....how much love does MMJ have for Atlanta?  Anyone seen them here before?  I have a feeling we're all in for a special night at the Fox.  And I could swear I read somewhere that Athens is their "home away from home".

Not sure about MMJ or if this is even note-worthy, but Pearl Jam put on one of their best shows of all time at the Fox in 1994.

Back to your regularly scheduled MMJ....
The wind blew me back, via Chicago, in the middle of the night.

Much love for Hot'Lanta!

And since it is called Hot'Lanta, you can expect the boys will bring the heat to the Fox, without a motherfucking DOUBT!
Thank you .... You've been a lovely audience ....I'll be here all week .... Try the veal!

I saw them at the Roxy in '05 and the Tabernacle in '06... both were excellent shows, of course. The Roxy sounded better, but the Tabernacle looked better. The Tabernacle was no slouch, either, though - Bo said he thought they were better there than at the Ryman.

I've never been to the Fox and neither has MMJ, if I'm not mistaken. It's going to be a very special show for me, though.
