Not sure if this has been posted yet, but I noticed they cut a couple songs from RCMH due to "time constraints".  It couldn't have been a curfew deal, and the show was 2 hr. 40 minutes.  Did they have to keep it at that length so it could fit on two 80 minute discs?  We can only hope. 8-)

Um .....

It was because of the Unions.

They just released OKONOKOS

It's a tad early for another live release .....

.... But great wishful thinking

....I think they should release maybe some sort of recording perhaps even video of this show, like through this website or something.....

I dont think that has anything to do with it. They could easily clip songs out in editing.
Say friend, you got any more of that good sasparilla?

Unions at RCMH.  Dream Theater recorded a show there a couple years ago and they had a strict curfew of 11pm.  They walked off stage at 11:03 and Mike Portnoy (drummer) said on their web page that they were charged $30,000.  $10,000 a minute.
