The guy who swore to everyone that I looked exactly like his son, the son he shared prostitutes with? That was pretty much the highlight of my Jacketfest weekend. That and the rain leaking through our tent. That and the huge spiders. That and my forgetting my Elmo flashlight.

I was away from the interwebs all weekend (trip to the lovely Lake District, north of Manchester), but the 'rents pulled through back in the states and got me my ticket. Can't fuckin' wait for this show.

For any out-of-towners thinking of coming to this I would highly recommend it. Downtown Louisville is very safe and there are hotels within walking distance of the Great Lawn and Waterfront Park.

As a Cincy boy, I can say that Skyline is the best food in the fuckin' world. All out-of-towners coming to the Waterfront show, make sure to stop by.

I miss Skyline.  There used to be one a few blocks from my school.  I discovered it one day when I was on a quest to find something other than cheap burgers and mexican food.  On my third visit there, it had become a Famous Taco.  I was crushed.
