cool things that occur:  last sunday i was wearing my wizzard custom "ba-ba-bananas" fillmore nye commemorative t-shirt.  while i was waiting outside a breakfast place in brooklyn, a woman came out and was looking at me.  she walked right up to me and said, "how...who gave you that shirt?"  turns out, she is a friend of wizzard's, was at the rcmh show AND fillmore show!

totally made my day!


as the saying goes:  come for the music, stay for the peeps.   :D

Wonderful story...it's always nice meeting new strangers that are already a friend. I think when it comes to MMJ, and being a fan, you are automatically part of a family...

Just got back from NY yesterday after a week of MMJ, Cure, and PJ.

Great show!  :)  My wife and I were in section 400 and noticed before the show that a lot of the people in the row in front of us had on guest passes and lanyards. We got to talking with them and it turns out they were Patrick's family- siblings, parents and grandparents. Patrick's mom also pointed out Jim's parents to us about 4 rows in front of us and I think Bo's family behind us. She also said Carl's wife was there. And Patrick's family were rocking out the whole time! They looked so proud during Patrick's drum solo.  8-)

When Katie told me that, I was like, "What, no way!  In a city of how many peeps?"!  I love that Bananas are bringing us together.  Ms. Yvon, you met one of my most favorite people in the world.  And Katie and I will be reconvening the dance party at Berkeley Greek!  You should join us for the fun  :D :D :D

The 4th pic from the top is awesome, looks like a space ship is shining a tractor beam on Jim lol. What a great night that was...security trying to keep people from dancing in the aisles, Jim running up the risers on the wall, the floor absolutely shaking during Anytime/One Big Holiday, people milling about the streets outside afterward because they didnt want it to end...excellent night.  ;D
