NYE... Room to share, and Xtra Ticket

My buddy can't make it to the show. So I have a room at the Stanford hotel, 2 twin beds, the hotel is in between the Garden and The Ginger Man. And I have an extra ticket. Section 206 Row A. I'd love to split the room with someone in need. Everything is almost sold. I'm a 41 year old father, very mellow. Just looking to cut and recover some costs.
