What a show!
I felt like I was walking around in a fog for days.
Someday we'll find it, the rainbow connection,
The lovers, the dreamers, and me.

That was the highlight of my summer. Another board member and myself flew out from Philly for the show. Absolutely fell in love with the city of Louisville, awesome city, friendly people, good food, cool bars, etc etc etc. I know there isnt going to be an extensive tour this year but Im hoping for a Louisville show because I will definitely make the trip again.
Say friend, you got any more of that good sasparilla?

If I had the money, I would buy us a mansion in Louisville and use it as a commune,  take drugs and listen to MMJ all day.  I love it there.  I think I might be moving there soon with my soon-to-be wife; I can't wait to get out of Indiana and into jacketland.  That was my favorite show, and the buzz after the show was so sweet.  I was so stoned that i couldn't even ride my bicycle back to the hotel.  It was so funny.

Louisville is such a cool town, and in such a beautiful setting.  I fell in love with those rolling hills.  I hadn't been there before this year and was really amazed at what an awesome little Mecca it is.  It still looks like somewhere, if that makes any sense - it's not all strip-malled up.  Those cool old mansions, the little shops, and hello, Ear x-tacy...good lord, I think I spent four hours in there.  And I could easily spend forty more.

We didnt have nearly as much time as we would have liked, and I was disappointed we didnt get to go to Ear-X-tacy, it was definitely at the top of my list. We left Philly at 8 AM Saturday and arrived back at 8 AM Sunday. It was all a bit surreal.  ;D

If you don't mind me asking, do you happen to know which recording that is?  Last I checked there were 3 different ones on archive.org, and the one I got is ok, but far from really impressive.  Thanks.

And yeah, that show also marked my first trip to Louisville and despite only being there for the one night, I found it to be quite the charming city.  I plan on heading up there again someday soon and will definitely make sure to spend a few more days there.
