F live nation. The avett brothers are playing the night before at the palace. They had a presale a few weeks ago, but it wasn't through live nation. Some other ticket agency connected with the band. It was real easy and smooth. I got row F and a couple people I know got pit seats.

I didn't like what they offered me, 20th row against the wall, so I'll wait and hope for better during the regular sale. :-/

presales are a flip of the coin, sometimes you can score good seats, sometimes you can't. I've been lucky in the past but not this go 'round. Anybody score good seats to the palace?

I got orch 1 row m. nothing special, but saves me from any potential hassle on friday.

Still unsure how a presale start time of 10am doesn't begin until 10:49am.

just got Orch 1, Row P, Seats 4 and 5 in the presale, not bad, but not the best seats.

guess i will try again Friday.

I just bought tickets to Chicago and there are no specific seats listed. Under section it just says "null". Anyone have a clue what's going on? General admission?

I dont know. I got Loge 1 row b seats 3 & 4? Is that good?

i'm beyond furious at this point. got thru, had orch 2, row C, st 13, 14 (basically 3rd row, center stage)...clicked shipped by mail, and got some page that said the website had been hacked?!

WTF is that?! now i can't get anything close!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what "Loge 1" is, row b seats 3 & 4 certainly sound nice. Curtis I would have been at the end of your row if I had accepted them. I hope I don't regret that move.

BTW, this exact same thing happened for presale at the palace in 05, it was 40-some minutes late. Only that time I scored front row in font of Jim.

Go to "Your Orders" in the "My Ticketmaster" tab and it will tell you where your seats are located. I got Orchestra row D, but in the far right section.

For people doing other pre-sales, are you able to see where the seats are prior to purchase? For Chicago, it only said the price of the ticket and I did not find out the location until after the purchase. Still glad I got my tickets.
