sounds like the band is staying in the evil urges mode. not that there's anything wrong with that. luv all the mmj and will follow jj down any path.

Friends Again is the only actual new song, so it's kind of hard to tell. I do dig that song though.

losin' my head is not a new song?..what is it a cover?..sounds like a evil urges type song. but friends again is pretty good, jim really has that 70's am vibe going. two halves was almost a 70's cartoon theme. it takes a good artist and more than a little effort to make it seem so timeless and easy. the choise of covers show alot in common with where the songwriting seems headed.

I guess that Carried Away is a track he released separately after Lose What's Left.  I may be wrong about that.  Anyways, you can hear a live version from 2007 here.
