I'm pretty sure they have to be hosted elsewhere, like flickr or snapfish.  To my knowledge you cannot upload a picture from your computer directly to this site.  I could be wrong.

you could also use a site like webshots or imageshack.  Upload them from your computer to one of those sites then you can upload the link from them to this forum.  When you are posting a picture on here click the little photo icon... 3 one from the left, then past the web address in between the brackets.

Tinypic.com is super easy if you're uploading one at a time. Photobucket always bombs on me if I try multiple uploads, so I've been using Flickr lately.
