Yes, they do pat you done, but it depends. I've gone threw at the Greek with my booze with no problems, but there has been times were its been a close one. I have a plastic flask that never lets me done. If you can get one, I totally suggest you should.  ;)

if youre worried about the pat down, a flask wrapped in an ace bandage on your inner thigh will pass just about anything.
