QuoteI've been at the rail when I can, but sometimes bow out around encore time to the back or an empty seat.  Lately, my left hand goes numb and my left thigh, too.  My chiropractor is having a coronary trying to figure out what I'm doing.  He's being nice not stating the obvious... I am quite overweight.  That ain't helping.  I might try to start T5 #5 up front, though I'm not gonna stress about it too much.  I definitely felt it the night after Essex Jct.!
Id stay away from the chriopractor, one broke my back with an adjustment.

I know some of your pain.  I have two herniated disk in my l4, l5.  Nerve pain is the worst.  Fortunately the nerve pain subsided with me after about 4 months of physical therapy.  Yoga is the best thing i have found for me.

QuoteI don't have a bad back, but I know I'm old because I wear a cardigan at work because it's so fucking cold inside because of the goddamn air conditioner.

Cop: pullover!

Lloyd: No, its a cardigan, but thanks for asking!
;D ;D ;D DEAR LORD I almost peed myself from that line there, I totally forgot about that, that's AWESOME!  [smiley=thumbup.gif]

And I'm sorry to hear of everyone's various conditions here! Looks like we'll be adding a few "programs" to T5 week... Sunday, Oct. 17 & Sunday, Oct. 24 we should be holding "Pre and Post T5 Yoga in Central Park" Or Line Yoga while we wait for the doors to open... I can just see that one now... :P That or Rail Riding Yoga, which focuses on stretching our legs and NECK to ease the muscles after headbanging... whewww... definitely gonna need somethin to help these poor mussels...
