I'm not even sure one can transfer 2 tickets anyway but it's worth a shot.

I have two tickets to Phish 10/31 in AC.  Section 222, row H.  Pretty solid seats.

Looking for 2 Ramble tickets with MMJ.  

I'd make up any face value cost differences.

I still have 1 extra Ramble ticket if you are looking to make this trade. I understand you obviously want to bring somebody to the Ramble but I only have one extra. Money wise the trade is very equal.
