saw Patrick at the Andrew Bird show last night here in Louisville...didn't see the other guys though.

i wanted to walk up to him and be like, "You should be recording right now, not enjoying yourself...we NEED a new record!"....obviously kidding!

anyway...he was definitely digging the show, which was so GREAT by the way!
If you're lucky, MMJ will fill the void you didn't even know you ever had. If you're luckier, you'll get to see them live.

dude...it was so awesome!

i was able to get pre-order tix through the KY Center for the Arts.  i was in the very front row, directly in front of Mr. Bird.

to watch him up close, on stage, by himself is to witness pure musical genius!!!  my girl kept calling him Willy Wonka b/c he was very eccentric on stage, which i had never noticed before now.  all in all....great show and he played almost 2 hours!!!
