I don't know how you can say that.  Granted, the music is horrible and the rest of the song, what we can hear of it, is different but the "hook", the part that is repeated twice in the 30 second commercial is nearly identical to "i will be there when you die" lyrically AND melodically.

I just caught that commercial last night - I heard the chorus & immediate head snap - "WTF did he just say?  Oh no he di nt.  SHiiiaaaaiitttt  motha fucka"
