I would view a musician going to a concert as work related or in the public eye.
 The big question is,  Do people who make there living off of the public have a right to expect privacy when in public ?   in a perfect world, yes.
But that aint gonna happen.

do you think we could make carl stephen stills and bo could be graham nash?  he'd have to grow his hair a little.  and carl would need to learn how to be a big dink, but he already has the sweet, sweet voice.  patrick could be neil.  

and tom could be bruce palmer. :)
