Let me start by saying while I've checked out message boards on other various sites, I've never been compelled to actually post something before. About three days ago a buddy I use to be in a band with called me up and told me about this band he stumbled across. He's never led me down the wrong path before so I checked out MMJ. They got me by the spine! I haven't been pulled in by a band this hard and this fast since I've been listening to music. I don't even know the point of this post I just got to get it out. Have called my bother and a few friends that I know appreciate music and expect return phone calls any day now. FUCKING GREAT

I have to say, that I am one of the friends that Sam Baugh called and as soon as we got off the phone, I began listening to MMJ. I will give you the scenario, I just got out a midterm and on the way home I picked up a 12 pack and rolled up my own smokes, if you know what I mean. I got on this website and started watching videos and listening to songs. About an hour had passed and I was drunk and really high on life, but all I could think about was listening to MMJ out on the open road and driving off the first bridge that I came across. These guys are badass and I can't quite put my finger on the reason why they got me like this, but I'm still listening and trying to figure them out. Anyways, MMJ really does rock the KASBAH

I don't even know what other music sounds like anymore, especially without that reverb they put on Jim's voice. Fucking incredible how sickeningly good they are. I know just how you feel Sam and Willie. These guys knocked me out awhile back and I still haven't come to! I to cannot recall a band that has sucked me in so deep so quick--maybe the first time I heard The Zeppelin or Floyd. Anyhow these guys rule all my music playing equipment and I even had the extreme pleasure of hanging out with them for a short time after the January show in Northampton--they are extremely cool and I love them for giving us this music--Hope it never stops!
Just wait 'til you see them live, your head will fall off and you won't care!

have you ever noticed how when people first actually take the time to listen mmj they get floored and fall in love with everything to do with the band almost in a split second....... this makes me think that this band might get pretty damn huge.
