...an animated series on MTV called "3 South"? I watched it all the time when it first came out, and remember it being the only good 'series' that Mtv ever aired.
I recently Youtubed it and there are a few episodes uploaded. It's very Family Guy-esque and if you enjoy that show, you'll love this.
