Not a fan of the 360?
Anybody have any good info on either of these consoles? I'm starting to consider saving up some of my summer cash for one.
i used to be a sony man but im perfectly happy with my 360 most of the games are multiplatform which means both systems have the game the ps3 is a bluray player but other than that they are pretty much the same,personal preferance i guess.
PS3 has blu-ray. While XBox360 supposedly will have exclusive downloadable content for GTA, which is nice, I have heard numerous sources say that GTA is designed for PS3 and noticeably so. Also, PS3 is backwards compatible. I have a lot of PS2 games that I want to enjoy, still, so I will be taking advantage of that.
I'd go PS3.
I was playing this last night at my friend's house and its awesome. I'm not one for the actual story, I just like to drive around and hit people and anything else that I can aim the car at. I like that there's blood when you hit pedestrians. I also like that when you hit a bunch of people then hit something else, it leaves blood on whatever you hit.
This one seems more realistic. It doesn't take many shots to kill you and you can actually run when the police try to arrest you.
I can't wait to play it more.
Wait. They drive you to the police station and book you?
I don't believe so. But when you put your hands behind your head, you have the ability to run off. If I remember correctly, in the older games, once you were arrested, that was it.
Yeah, I was "BUSTED" through glitches and shit so many times in San Adreas... So glad they've done something with that.

i've been hearing the PS3 online is not working and that the game is freezing on both the PS3 and 360.
evidently on PS3 the game is not running at tru hi-def (720p), but it is on the 360.
this is kind of ridiculous because the PS3 is a more powerful system...i think studios using the 360 to build games are holding back the power of the PS3!
the ps3 version is what held them back for so long i guess they still couldnt get it right the online for the 360 didnt work for a little bit either but the game is sick

I just beat "Russian Revolution" last night. Damn, that mission was a bitch!
