I was thinking about how fun it'd be if folks could play MMJ's songs on "Rock Band"... I don't have "Rock Band" so I don't know how the mechanics work across all platforms. Is it even remotely possible to have a custom songs?
The other day I was playing Rock Band with Meg and her brother and I totally kicked ass... the drumming was perfect, of course, but my dance skills were ravely reviewed...

first question - how is rock band different? (even though im still rockin PS2)
second question - wandering through youtube yesterday on phish stuff (after hearing trey basically say theyll be back again at some point) someone posted themselves playing 'Divided Sky' on Guitar Hero, GH2 I think...we'll, apparently it's not on the game but something you can either purchase as a game/disc with extra songs or somethign you can d/l. Not sure if that makes sense, but any chance there's an MMJ on something like that?
I'm pretty sure the XBox 360 and PS3 have downloadable content, which is updated every month. This may have included a Phish song, at some point. Unfortunately, I've heard of no way to custom add songs.

Rock Band allows you to play drums, bass, guitar and vocals as four-piece band.
DO NOT BUY it on the PS2...it doesn't have nearly the features of the next-gen consolse. son...its time you joined the 21st century and upgraded to the PS3! seriously though....its pretty badass on the next-gen consoles.
Rock Band releases 3-5 songs per week that you can buy, download and install into the game. there are currently over 100 downloadable songs, but sadly for you no Phish. its way better than plain old GH3, but GH4 is supposed to have all instruments too. stay tuned on whether it will blow as much as GH3.
back to the topic at hand...yes MMJ needs to be DLC for Rock Band!!!
