Title: Today was a beautiful day in Nashville
Post by: ycartrob on Oct 25, 2008, 10:24 PM
So, here's a video I want to share of my back yard. I probably don't deserve such a beautiful backyard, but since it's mine, I figured I'd share it on such a gorgeous day.

Wow...I'm pretty sure when it's that big it's called a ranch, not a garden  ;)

I'd seen a couple of pics of your bridge before but had no idea you had such a big stream (creek?) running through your garden/ranch!

Lovely video, thanks for sharing  :)

Wow Tracy.  Great backyard.  I' definitely jealous.  I'd loved to have a creek running through my backyard.  I've got to say though, you've got a lot of room out there to do some planting.  You should think about adding some color with some Crepe Myrtles, Lantanas, maybe some fruit trees, I could go on and on.  I don't know how much of a green thumb you have but my mouth was watering thinking of gardening possibilities!

I am developing a green thumb but my wife has one(we had our first garden this year and a couple of compost bins). Every year we add a couple of plants around the perimeter and clear other things out.

That bridge was here when we got here. Our realtor saw the guy putting the FOR SALE (5 years ago) sign in the yard and we were over there in 10 minutes. We saw the back yard first and standing on that bridge I told my wife we would take it; she said it would be important to look inside the house first and I said knock yourself out, but we're taking it.

Tracy really does have a beautiful backyard. I've seen it firsthand. I'm pretty jealous.
