Never knew Stevie covered that Beatles cut...I also wish he kept making awesome music once the 80's hit...When seeing his earlier stuff, youd never think he'd drop off

I also only know so many actual Motown artists...I know a few who sound like they coulda been on that label, but I dont think so

Trust me though, this thread will be kicking the next few days, even if it is just you and me posting some tracks  ;D

I'll take a look at the youtubes later when I get some time. I LOVE me some Motown.  8-) On most days, Smokey and The Miracles, I Second That Emotion lays claim as my favorite song. It just works,  every time.

i love what I'm hearing and wish I could add. Sadly all I can think of is bad 80's Motown from any of the DeBarges and Rockwell. I think that may get me banned if I played Chico DeBarge
