From what I believe was the mont de sundua web site said, "jim james' sophomore band formed in 1992" and since you are a sophomore when your 15 then that would mean jim would be somewhere around 32.
This may be one of those types of things that we aren't really supposed to talk about but there was enough info out there to figure it out so...
And also, sorry if everyone already knows this but o well

I'm pretty sure by "sophomore band", they mean it was his second one. Am I wrong?

It does mean second band. Was Hotel Roy before Mont de Sundua? I think it may have been..
