Title: From the south of Germany
Post by: SUDDEN SPRING on Apr 03, 2009, 10:27 AM
Hi guys,
it´s really funny.
I´d never heard about MMJ here in the south of Germany.
And now Karin Manner is the singer of my band and she told me about MMJ.
Guys... brilliant music. Just a great band.
Many greetings... and rock on.
Micha

Rock on Micha!  I will check out your music.

Do you live anywhere near the Nurburgring, or Hockenheim?

(I only know Deutshland geography based on Formula One) ;)  I want to visit badly someday.

Sorry, no.
I´m living in Munich.
It´s not too far to Nürnberg :-)
But if you like to visit this cool town... hey come one... I have a big flat.
And we have a lot of pubs here :-)
Cheers,
Micha

I will admit, my first response was not to immediately assume that you meant perhaps something that grows from the ground...

Post of the week for unintentional hilarity?

I am enjoying your presence here, Micha. Rock on!

Hi Tom
First let me introduce myself. I´m the drummer of the Munich rock band Sudden Spring. And in which corner of the wonderful world are you sitting right now?

QuotePost of the week for unintentional hilarity?
Ha... it´s a german slang. 'Maybe more' means... 'Not ONE beer - just get drunk'. That´s all...

And the 'POTW' credits due to other guys here.
Not to this Munich newcomer.

Cheers, Micha

Hahaha, that makes much more sense. First take came off as a suggestive pass, and Iknew that couldn't be right!

I'm currently sitting in Athens, GA, playing guitar for the local band Eureka California and also making my own tunes as well, which are spread over different corners of the board. And you're right, POTW could most certainly find other more unintentionally hilaritable champions...

Cheers!

South of Germany is good because it's close to austria.
Let's hope for an extensive european tour in 2009.

Wie gehts Micha?  Mu(insert umlaut)nchen ist eine wunderschone Stadt.  (actually, I'll use a translator now, ha)
Sind Sie besorgt?  Bayern Munich sind nicht gut spielen.

Champions League morgen!

Hey guys....

I´m so sorry but there are no gigs scheduled until June. Why? We´re still working on our debut album at the moment.
I produce it in my own little studio and this will be the second album I produce.

@Bumbeli
Yes we plan a few gigs in Austria between summer and autumn. But just small club gigs. If I have precise informations I´ll post it in the news and concert section on our website.
By the way. If you want just leave a comment in our guestbook  ;D

@BringdaRuckus
Ha ... I´m not a fan of Bayern Munich because I don´t like snobby people. It´s too far away from my own hire.
"Wie es geht?"   ;)
I´m still learning to walk again. I broke a bone of my left foot, played the concert with my band and after that I`m landing on the operation table. Two and a half weeks with crutches and - F*** - no drumming  :(
But today is the day!!! First band practice. And I don´t care if it hurt... I would play this evening...!!!

All of you have a great day... (it´s 7am here at the moment  ;) )
Micha
