Earlier tonight, Death Cab For Cutie filmed a video for the song "You Are a Tourist" while the world watched. Directed by Tim Nackashi (TV On The Radio, OK Go, Elvis Costello, Radiohead), the "first-ever live, scripted, single-take music video" sprang from the mind of Death Cab collaborator Aaron Stewart-Ahn. Streamed by Atlantic Records and Bing all over the Internet (and on iPhones and Androids via RedLaser), the choreographed video features the Death Cab band members and dancers in an elaborately lit set. this was a pretty ballsy move IMO.... they pulled it off nicely though
