Firefox browser has a new feature that allows you to personalize the browser on the top and bottom. Does anyone know how to take pics and convert them into 3000 wide by 200 tall? There are already a bunch of really cool Bob Marley and Pink Floyd ones but I really want to make a MMJ theme.

Ok, so I got one to work by taking a pic and cropping it in photo shop but it won't let me share it because the pic isn't in at least 2500px by 200px. Does anybody have any idea how to stretch or change pics into this bizarre format? Right now I get the head of Jim, Tom, and Bo on the top and half of Pat and Carl on the bottom. I think you can stretch by percentage in either direction in windows "paint"
or combine several pictures together in photoshop to create an image that size
