Nice...is this Circuital inspired by chance? Once I saw how the light goes thru the little pumpkin made me think of the album cover
Don't know if this will work but Kathleen Lolley posted this on her facebook page.

Those are damn cool...is no one else carving?
Tonight I'm making the Pumpkin Centipede to cap it all off
scotty - that light thing was totally accidentally awesomely there. In my 29 years of existence, I've found that most of the cool things that I do are totally incidental and never according to plan, and the ones that are planned to be cool and awesome fall flat.
I'm hoping to get some carving in this weekend. Nothing fancy though. Just some fun with my kids...

I did this one last year. I was going to do Pablo from the Backyardigans, for those in the "know", but my son insisted on just a plain jack-o-lantern. He was very specific, triangle eyes, triangle nose and smiling with two teeth. I was kind of bummed at first, but it was pretty nice to have the whole thing done in five minutes.
One more:

Wish I could take the credit for this, but it's a shot from Maharaj-ji's ashram, the folks there carved it, but I may have to try something like it soon or next year...

Nice work on that Mickey pumpkin Jon. I let my kids draw their faces and then carved them out. The mouths were the most difficult things they drew for me to carve out but they turned out pretty nice looking and my kids loved that it was their artwork on the pumpkins.
