Tickets to Stockholm From Artistarena NOT arrived :(
I have e-mailed 3 times,
Tried to ring but the number seem to be out of use.
Starting to panic, anyone got any ideas?

Got the same problem. Plus my tickets for the show in Lund.

Still no tickets, but they send me an e-mail before the weekend that my tickets had been shipped. Try this adress lgray@artistarena.com.

I got my ticket for Lund last week - today it was said to be recalled, and I have to get my tickets at the door.
And, the Stockholm tickets have not arrived.
I am really worried now - and this problem seems to be a big one.
How can I be guaranteed access to the concerts? This seems really bad.

I've also had the same problem now they have changed so that the ticket will be collected one hour before the show. Really hope this will work smoothly I've been waiting years for this!!
And honestly I think ArtistArenas system suck. How could tickets order and payed in August end up late for a show in late November.
Still No Tickets BUT,
I Spoke with Lucy at Artistarena today, She promised it won't be a problem getting into the show.
But
Please anyone going the Lund show let us know how things go, So we know what to expect.

Punkcity - I have had the same problems, but it was no problems in Lund. As long as you have your booking and name (+ID), no problemo.
The show was great, but I think it will be even better in Sthlm. Good thing I am going there too.

And you can pick them up when ever you want after the doors open? Or are they like standing outside and hand out the tickets?. I´m not going to be in time for the opening band so.
I managed to get into the show without any problem, but it still makes me wonder what the big con is with "Artistarena", i know this isn't the only show where the tickets haven't arrived on time. I've seen treads from England, Denmark. So What the con, are we getting into the shows on the bands guest list so the band and "Artistarena" make a bit of extra cash? or are they after my postage money. what is it?

Okay, first of all, let's just all agree the likelihood of the band conning fans to get money is about as likely as me being able to sing like Jim, i.e. pretty damn slim! God knows what troubles Artist Arena are having though and she ain't tellin'! The same thing happened to me this summer with the tickets for MMJ at Somerset House. My contact at Artist Arena, named Lucy, has been really helpful though, hopefully they'll get it sorted before the next show. :thumbsup:
i don't think its con either. I think its the first european tour using a new fan club membership. you got into the show fine, what more do you want? its disheartening to read people complaint about positive outcomes

true, but it's also not cool to buy tickets to a show months ahead of time, been promised to have them delivered to you well before the show, be charged shipping fees...only to not have the tickets arrive. It's a lot of added stress to the folks waiting for their tickets. They now have to travel to the show and HOPE that they will have the tickets at will call after you wait in the will call line. Yeah, it all has seemed to work out, but very unprofessional in my opinion. I would be a bit annoyed as well. But a Con...that's absurd.
