Title: Seattle/Marymoor 09/07

Thank you to this band for once again handing me one of the best nights of my life. As you can see, several songs cut from the encore. The three left couldn't have been better tho- all three with Johnny Quaid (only announced as they walked off stage).

nice set even with the cut songs.

question - about the 2nd picture - is that during MMJ's set? the place looks kinda empty

Very empty, indeed. The lights look like they are from the jacket, but I can't really see.

It was a great show despite them not playing any of the songs I recommended on twitter. Regarding that picture, that's from early in their set when the floor wasn't very full. Most people were sitting on the grass around that area. The floor did eventually get more full, but the venue was probably at least 1000 under capacity.

The place may not have been at capactity, but DAMN if that isn't a sweet setlist! Woulda loved to hear Old September Blues in a full set. And I know it was scratched, but has Off The Record ever been played without the coda?

There were indeed posters for sale, and they were awesome so I regret not buying one.

Yeah that photo was taken from FOH during the Jacket's set. Def only about half full, but great crowd. Every song but one was segued into the next, only a few words spoken to the crowd. They brought it.

No no no, tons of folks on the grass behind the main stage standing area. You need to go to the venue to understand it. About 4000 at the show.

My Morning Jacket in the woods = perfection. Hope they come back soon or up to my neck of the woods in Vancouver (Malkin Bowl would be fantastic!)
