I just got wind of this great heavy Nowegian band (tranlates to "chokehold"). Check out Blodtorst or Bruane Brenn for some tasty riffing and leads. Any other fans onboard???
I like Kvelertak. I saw them last fall at Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin. Will definitely be checking out the new album.
Seen them two times here in Sweden. Really look forward for the release of new album "Meir" in March :beer:

I never heard of this band, but as soon as I saw the title of the thread I thought, "I bet MrWhippy knows about them." Sure enough.... I was right.
Excellent band! Saw them at SXSW two years ago and just caught them again in Rochester NY last fall supporting Converge. It's like Scandinavian party metal!
