I'm Amazed is actually relatively simple.
Verse is a simple G to C chord thing.
Chorus bit is basically Am to C -- third time around its Am C Am C D C G
Sorry that's not more fleshed out, but I've been up a LONG time. The Little intro riff is also simple, but I don't have the mental faculty to tab it out at the moment. Just hammer onto the 7th fret of the G string from the 5th fret. The rest should open up for you from there. I'll tab more of it when I've got some sleep in me.
Here is "I'm Amazed." Jim and Carl play this with a Capo at the 1st fret. The tab is relative to the capo. The solo and leads are in G mixolydian I think (again relative to the capo.)

Jim plays it an octave down at the 3rd fret on the A string to get the high and low sound simultaneously.

The B is a transaction to the next chord. You actually can just hit the B note and slide it to the root of the next chord.

Slam the C chord once before the first "I'm Amazed" then the verse just goes G then to C after the 2nd "I'm Amazed" for a measure or 4 strums then back to the G.

Sorry, I've had this written down for a while and was too busy (read "lazy") to transfer it to the computer. There's some confusion about the Intro riff. There's actually no "A" chord played, but an F/A. The melody and bass are playing the A note (which is found in the F chord F-A-C) but the harmony is an F maj chord. A subtle difference you may or may not notice. Try it and see. The same for the "B" in that riff. It's actually a G/B. Once again, standard lyrics disclaimer applies: I'm guessing. Enjoy.
