Title: Neutral Milk Hotel Reuniting
Post by: capt. scotty on Apr 30, 2013, 02:30 PM
...for at least a tour. Only a few dates announced so far but more to come. I havent listened to Aeroplane in ages but this has me intrigued and wanting to dust it off.

Very excited about this!  Jeff Mangum's recent solo shows were amazing.

Did you cry at the show?! That was kind of the running joke online, but then I asked the only person I know who saw him and he actually did.

Aeroplane will never, ever get old.

I'll see them in Chattanooga. I bet the 40 Watt shows will be off the hook.

I didn't cry at the show (I guess you could say shows, as I saw Jeff 3 times, all a few months apart), but for a long time after the first of those shows, whenever I thought about it or talked about it with people, I actually could feel tears welling up.  So, that probably counts for something.
