This seems too good to be true but I took a chance and bought one T5 Tennessee fire & ISM on eBay for 14.99 plus shipping.
I saw those. They're listed as "reproductions" and no size is given. I'll be curious to hear what you get.
Me too, he says they are samples from the printing company before production. I bet I bought a photocopy or something but will let you know.
I need Z!! ---is it on there? That stuff's all blocked at work. I don't care if it's a replica, i'll put a pretend number on it and just lie to people.
this thread name almost gave me a heart attack. i'm in the "i need z" boat too

No. Just a couple of ISM,and TTF. Might be useful trade material if they're actual posters. It says they're 18"x24" so the size is right at least.
So I just got TTF and while it isn't signed or numbered it sure appears to be a genuine screen print - sure smells like one! Completes my T5 collection so it was worth the $25 to me

Sounds great.
No biggie on the signed, and numbered,IMO, as long as it has the Reno "R" in the lower left hand corner. Most of the sig, and # of my T5 one got covered up by the matte when I framed it. There wasn't much room along the edges to mount it properly unless that got mostly covered up.
I'm embarrased to say I could not find my ISM T5 print, or I mistakenly added it to my Expresso Beans collection due to wishful thinking... anyway, I got the cheap one from eBay. It was a bit frustrating extracating it from the narrow and long tube they used, but it did have the eau d'screenprint and ain't bad for $20. Kinda pissed to see the price drop after I bought mine. Only $8.99 but $11 shipping.

Trying to get it out of 2 in tube was ridiculous. I would love to know the story where these prints have been.
$8.99 Damn! I paid over a hundred for that a few years ago!

I contacted Brian at Cricket about the ISM poster the day I saw them posted on ebay. He was a bit skeptical about the authenticity of these. Cricket designed them but DID NOT have anything to do with the actual printing.
I have the Reno, so I don't really care about that story.
My personal guess is that these were overrun at the printer. I was in the printing business for a long time and we always did shit like that. Stash a few for later. That is the reason the artist will sign and number them.
Still a good price for the poster. My only concern is that now folks have to be careful of forgeries on the market.
I was wondering about forgery but it seems like a lot of trouble to (re?) screen prints for different shows and then sell them for almost nothing. The TTF is definitely a screen print, whether its original or not I couldn't say, but its not a litho or some type of different reproduction printing, you can't fake that screen print stink!
So who would go to the trouble to forge 3 yr old MMJ gig posters to make peanuts on them? Like it was said seems likely these were stashed at printers or something. Also the story for the Reno and the ISM is probably the same since it is same seller and they appeared at same time.

I just noticed the Elvis Perkins in Dearland typo there, and that it's on the copies sold at T5, too...

What i meant by forgery is to buy one of these blanks and sign and number it falsely and then sell it for much more.
I do believe these are overruns of the original, just not signed and numbered.
Aha gotcha, never occurred to me to fake a number but I see what you're saying. Personally I'm plenty happy to have an overrun of the original and finally complete the set!

yes, these are overruns. typically not supposed to be sold by the printer. But "the real deal" in the sense printed at the same time and design as the originals. just not signed and numbered.

That's with free shipping, so its still $20. It was only a dollar drop and the listing keeps changing. I would have thought, with demand, the price would rise, but he seems to have kept the total, including the shipping, right around $20. Believe me, its a beauty, signed or not, and I'm happy to have it. Still can't understand what happened to my original, assuming I had one. I thought the Z poster was the only one I didn't manage to obtain, yet I cannot find the ISM s/n anywhere. I'm wondering if I gave it to someone who attended and needed it to complete the 5-night set... :undecided:
Still on the lookout for an Evil Urges and Z poster. Wish those could be found for $20 lol
I assume these are long gone?

There may be two more of the It Still Moves print left, at $19.99 w/free shipping.
