Smack takes another good one.  Was one of the last great actors out there, what a shame.  Couldn't believe it when it ran across the TVs in the cardio area at the gym.

Still cant believe this. He was a great character actor whose talent took him to levels of fame, recognition, and respect further than that kind of actor typically gets. My favorite performance and film of his is Before the Devil Knows Youre Dead, which coincidentally he played a fairly wealthy heroin addict in. Great film for anyone who has never seen it. I had never seen The Ides of March, watched that a couple weeks ago after he died, he was awesome as usual in that as well although he couldnt have had more than 10 minutes of screen time.

Hoping to get around to his other films I havent seen in the near future.
