Hello Friends-
I am looking for advice about the One Big Holiday experience from someone who attended the event this year. Just a basic overview or rundown about do's don'ts and just what to expect.
I am flying down from NYC, not sure if im going solo yet or with friends.
Cost is definitely a concern, meaning its already an expensive trip but how much should I expect to spend once I'm there?
Would it pay to wait in hopes of someone pops up on here who needs to cancel? Maybe I could help someone out and save a few bucks in the process?
Apologies if this info can be found elsewhere, but I thought connecting here would be a good bet.
Huge fan, have been seeing the guys since 2008 and listening for about 10 years. I have several shows under my belt including NYE in 08 and the Cap Theatre run in 2012
Any advice would be very much appreciated. THANKS!
You should expect to spend more than you want to get to the resort from the airport whehter it's through Cloud9 or a taxi. Both have valuable reasons to choose. I want to say in the $50 range per person round trip through C9. You def want to take a good share of small dollars ($1s, $5s and $10s) for tipping. I have a family of 5 so i need to tip more and more often and I'll take somewhere around $200 - $250. You're told you don't need to tip, but you will get treated MUCH better if you do. I'm a big proponent of Steve Martin's character in My Blue Heaven. I don't belive in tipping, I believe in over tipping. You get better service, stronger drinks, better room & maid service, etc. And then consider "party favors" if that's your thing. VERY accessible on resort. Be aware you'll get less than full portions and charged a little more than expected, but still be completely satisfied. Obviously this perception also is determined by your local sources in the States. Personally coming from Colorado, our sources for all party favors are exceptional. So other than transportation and tipping you don't really need to spend any money. You can go on an excursion that costs extra. And then souvenirs. This year's poster was great. I wasn't so impressed with the shirts, but that's completely subjective.
In the end, you will DEFINITELY NOT regret going. It was nothing short of spectacular. We made friends we met at OBH that I expect will now be friends for life. I would be concerned about banking on someone backing out this late for you to book their reservation at a discount. There are much more rooms sold out at this point than at the point in time this past year.
Thank you. This is exactly what i was looking for.
If anyone has anything else to add please feel free.
I will book through cloud9 and not wait
I second the advice from gluv. About $100 ground transportation round trip to resort (Cloud 9 has the exact figure) plus a lot of small bills for tips. There is a tax you will pay due to spending the resort credits. But that shouldn't be much even if you use all of the credits. No other costs unless you pay for an excursion or merch.
If you really want to go on the trip then book it. You will NOT regret it. My wife, who didn't go for the music last year, had a blast and we're going again (even though she isn't going for the music this time around either).
There were a few people last year who couldn't make it and were offering their spot for less than full price. Like any show or anything people plan for far in advance, some people will have other obligations and won't be able to go. That will more than likely happen again for OBH2, and it could be a win win by taking that person's room.
When I spoke with Cloud 9 a few weeks ago there was a $69.00 charge to/from the airport. Supposedly the bus comes straight from the hotel, and again takes you back to the airport. Seems the safest way and easiest way to get there, though I was not there last year. I haven't been there since my honeymoon 25 years ago and back then it was taxi's
They asked that when you book your flight, you go back into your Cloud 9 account and input your flight information so that they know what time to pick you up.
At least, this is what I was told.....
how convenient was the bus shuttle through cloud9? Seems like it would be pain with people arriving at different times. Also, we decided to arrive in Cancun the day before the first show just in case we had travel issues, so I assume we would then have to make our way from wherever we end up staying in Cancun back to the airport to catch the shuttle?

We haven't used the C9 shuttle because we have 5 of us. At $69/person it's more economic for us to rent a car esp because we find a cheap place in Tulum to go to after the music. But this is our 4th C9 excursion and everyone I know that has used the C9 shuttle has been happy with it. Also, they will provide the shuttle the day before the first show. So yeah, that Friday the 30th there will be a shuttle from C9.

They operate the shuttle a day or two before OBH starts and after it ends. It was very convenient. Tons of car services/drivers hassle everyone in the airport trying to get business. It wouldn't be fun negotiating with them. It was very easy to look for the guy holding the OBH sign and checking in with him. We had to wait at least 30 minutes before getting on the shuttle but it wasn't a big deal standing around in good weather getting to know other fans who were also waiting.
The shuttle is a piece of cake. The only problem is without a car, I felt trapped in an alcohol soaked Disneyland with no access to the beach. Keep in mind first timers, there is no beach there, or within walking distance. I never considered the pee lagoon to be a beach.

The shuttle was very easy, and there are hotels close to the airport that have free shuttles to/from the airport so really shouldn't be a problem.
If you haven't already seen this video recap from this year, it's very well done.

What is checking in like? I know it says you can't check in until 3 and my flight gets in around 11:00AM that day. I was wondering if anyone knows how lenient they are about checking in early? I figured it might be kind of chaotic with lots of people flying in that day and I would like to get settled in before the show that night if possible.

We stayed in Cancun the night before we checked in so we got to the resort between 9 and 10am. We were able to check in to the point we got our credentials/wristbands and hang out until our room was ready which wasn't until early afternoon. We had a place at the check in building to leave our luggage (we did take important items with us) and then we went swimming and went to one of the restaurants and ate. Check in went very smoothly. Cloud9 is very good at what they do.
The one issue was with Furthur's Paradise Waits before OBH this year, but that was due to the resort not being completed with their transition to a Hard rock resort. They had a wicked long wait to check in the day of the first show. This was out of C9's control. Now a year later I expect the resort to be fully up to par.

Awesome. Thanks for the info!
From landing in Cancun, going through customs, getting my luggage, hopping on the bus, driving to the resort, checking in and getting wristband, and being escorted to my room, I swear it was less than 2 hours. And that includes a 45-50 mile drive.
I would highly recommend to anyone who opts to not take the shuttle to have your transportation figured out before you arrive. That airport is a f'n zoo after you go through customs and step outside the terminal. It's no joke, and can be completely overwhelming with people come at you in all directions trying to convince you to come with them. It's intense, and the airport employees are no help in providing info.
Really the only reasons not to take the bus is if you want your own car to get around the area, or like Garrett, you have a large party and other means are cheaper. Otherwise, the bus is easily the wisest choice.

At the same time there is a stand selling cocktails to your right as soon as you walk out of the terminal and I recommend grabbing one to go IMMEDIATELY!

Looks like you got some great advice from GLuv and APR. Just to expand on what APR was saying about the credits. Most rooms come with a $500 resort credit (I think the fancy rooms get a bit more) that can be used at the spa, for excursions, or a few other things. If you use the credits, there is a 20% tax for each dollar spent. Thus, if you spend the whole $500 you will be billed $100 when you check out. If you are flying solo, cut those numbers in half. It's going to be a blast!!

is this the pee lagoon? doesn't look all that yellow to me.
so the resort is on the water, but no natural sand between the two?
It's def initely naturaL sand (as opposed to fake sand). The issue is not a lcak of beach but the lack of waves. They built these little lagoons. I rather enjoyed it, but I'm one of the few because of my little kids. Still, I didn't really mind just floating and seeing various fish swimming around.
There are 2 man made lagoons. One of them has quite stagnant areas, that are not very inviting. Maybe not entirely useless, but the real beaches are so fantastic, it is like going to Italy and eating at Pizza Hut.
thanks. i'm f-ing dying to go. the more info I get the easier the decision will be to dip into the "retirement" savings I swore I would never touch. might as well live it up while I still can.
Regardless of the setting, what I and most people enjoyed the most, was the wonder of being around hundreds of people who understand your MMJ obsession. That just does not happen in real life. You could approach any stranger and just talk about anything, and everyone knew everyone else has the same disorder as themselves.

Couldn't agree more. Being fully surrounded by awesome people makes it everything you could want. I mean, the whole resort is for us (yeah, there are a few people there not for jacket but VERY few). And all day leading up to the shows you're sitting at a bar with your barstool submerged in the water sitting around like-minded folks with a full open bar. Then you go to a variety of restaurants and eat to your heart's content. You can wander around after your meal and get yourself "geared" up to your preference pre-show. Then the show is spectacular. Best views you can imagine with a cool breeze off the ocean. Waitstaff is walking around to bring you whatever you want to drink without you having to leave your space. And then you have all night long after the show to reflect and keep partying. We prefer a quiet bar and maybe a pool table, but many others are fans of the late night DJ. And with all of this you have the absolute comfort of not having to get in a car or go anywahere and neither does anyone else. It's as close to perfection as you can get. I'm so glad I'm a grown up cause I know in my 20s I would have never been able to afford this luxury.
This advice has been great. Thanks to everyone who contributed their .02 cents.
I am waiting on a friend to finalize the trip but it looks like its going to happen.
gluvmiller is correct, there is no price than can be put on being surrounded by so many like minded people while at a resort. the main drag with resorts is the other guests and how lame they are, not so here. I am renting a cheopo car because i want the freedom to go to cenotes (they are very close and you can get a taxi, ditto for a fabulous beach (Xpu-ha Beach) will only cost an extra $75.-$100 for me that is worth it even if you only leave the reservation once or twice. i always use easyway rental car off airport site, never let me down. for peace of mind get the "full coverage ins" it costs 3 times as much as the car but last time someone or thing messed up my front bumper and when i dropped off the car, all that waqs said was "see you next year" gonna be a blast!!!

Thanks for the heads up on easyway rental car. We've used Thrifty the last couple times and they only just OK.
don't be scared by the funky location they are in! they also offer 10-15% discount for AAA and if you friend them on FB and other social media. they said they do not allow smoking in the cars...except for weed, classic. they also offer a shot of tequila while doing the paperwork
so if my flight arrives in cancun at 3-3:30 on the 31st, the shuttle buses are still running, right? is there a cut-off time? how late do they run?

I don't know, but I'm sure you'll be fine. They've gotta run the shuttle through the entire day, I should think. Once you get settled, come find me and I'll buy you a drink.

Relax, seriously. If you arrive in Cancun at 3:30 the day of the first show, you are in the wheelhouse of arrivals. I landed about that time this year, and it was clockwork. Damn divorce and potential court and lawyer fees are holding me up from committing for 2015, but at least I have the time off from work, if things work out for the better for me.

Don't beat yourself up over your post Slappy. I'm not going but have been following the thread, and seems to me you asked a perfectly legitimate question. You're excited about going (as you should be) were worried about something, and didn't want to worry about it for the next five months so you asked. I don't see anything wrong with that or a reason to be ridiculed. Hopefully your concerns have been relieved, and you can look forward to OBH worry free.
Have a blast down there.

I see no ridicule. You are just asking questions. Last year there was a lot of buzz about the facility not being ready, and one poster expressed many concerns. I felt they were fairly valid, but everything worked out great for the vast majority. It should be even easier this year. I'm just trying to reassure you that if you get to the departing airport on time with proper passport credential, then the bulk of worries are just done.
you guys are too kind. it really was a silly question. i'm not much of a traveler, just driving from louisville to st louis for pearl jam is an adventure for me. i've only flown once, 25 years ago, so right now it's all a bit daunting......but so much fun to look forward to!
can't wait to party with each and every one of you!
Slappy, based on your last post, I predict you are going to have the greatest time of your life. If you are a beer drinker you need to know that 90% of what they have is Green bottle Dos Equis. the other 10% is Sol. No selection, but I like Dos Equis. They will even drop a case off at your room if you ask. I would tip at least a $5 for that service.

you'd have to try really hard to brew a beer I don't like. xx's will do just fine.
It pains me to say this, but I'm registered for OBH and now will not be able to attend.... reading everyone's comments here makes the sting even worse.
That said, I'm paying into the trip as it goes along hoping it will sell out and someone will want to buy out my spot. I have a fantastic roommate who went last year and will be an awesome party buddy for anyone who takes my place.
I also have a pretty awesome room level that's sold out - the Deluxe Gold Concert Courtyard.
So for you or anyone reading this... please hit me up if interested.

Yes yes, I wrote an essay on my 'pump and dump' escapade. Publishers won't touch it. :(
well this thread sure took a turn!
My biggest concern with OBH (and Mexico in general), is that I am a certifiable beer snob! My wife and I were in the Yucatan a couple years back and by the time we left I was so f'n sick of mexican piss beers. I am planning on bringing a few bottles with me, but I know I can't possibly bring enough for the trip. I will be drinking plenty of cocktails too.

I hear you.....fellow beer snob here. We found a place last year in Playa Del Carmen called "Club de la Cerveza". They had a great selection of Mexican Microbrews. IPA's, Stouts, Hefeweizens, and more. If I remember correctly, they are closed on Sundays and don't open until 4pm the rest of the week. They also have a cool program where they will give you one of their beers for everyone of yours that you bring them. Pretty decent bar food too. I couldn't get their website to open, but here is a link to their Tripadvisor page. http://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g150812-d2443012-Reviews-Club_de_la_Cerveza-Playa_del_Carmen_Yucatan_Peninsula.html (http://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g150812-d2443012-Reviews-Club_de_la_Cerveza-Playa_del_Carmen_Yucatan_Peninsula.html)
There is also a store close to Club de la Cerveza that sells plenty of craft beer. I did not go, but have heard nothing but good about it. I will have to see if I can find some info for you.
I don't know if they are on the forum, but we met some people at OBH 1 that did a bottle exchange one night. I don't Facebook, but you might be able to find them on the OBH Facebook page.
Cheers!
great, thanks for the info! Did you take a cab from the resort to the place in Playa? Do they sale bottles to go?
I'd be totally down for a bottle share if others plan to bring beer. I have way too many beers in my cellar, and can't think of a better place to bust out some of the rare ones.
I don't do facebook either, but my wife is on the OBH group, I'll see if she can dig of some deets.

Yeah, we just took a cab. I think it was about $15.00 one way. I don't know if they do bottles to go, but I found the name of the bottle store. It is called The Beer Box. The two are within walking distance of each other. Club de la Cerveza is on the main touristy street in Playa. You could always start there and walk over to The Beer Box on your way back. I was wondering if anyone has anything they can add about the local beach/lagoon and the surrounding beaches. I'm an ocean lady from way way back and enjoy swimming. Anything within walking distance? It looks like there is a rock barrier out front so I'm guessing there is not swimming in that area?
Just hoping to find something close to do open water swimming

i think the closest open water swimming would be a short cab ride. the lagoons are large and you can easily get some exercise in there, just no waves. i really enjoyed the lagoons personally. granted i would prefer a beach with open ocean and waves, but they are not nearly as bad as some people have made out.
Muchas gracias  for the info. I have been researching the surrounding locations and everything looks quite beautiful. The lagoons look quite nice and everything was cool until someone refered to it as the "pee lagoon" LOL that immediately made me think the water was more green than blue for a dumb reason

Nothing within walking distance but there is a gorgeous beach called Xpu-Ha that is a short cab ride away. Here's a bit of it:

There is no beach access within walking distance. Shame, because the local beaches are the best ones I have ever been to. Some people enjoyed the lagoons. I did not really care for them.
Thanks Jaye!
Nice little clip of the beach. I am so looking forward to swimming there. It's just about my favorite things in the world to do.
Yes.... thanks jaye! I didn't know about that. I plan on taking a cab there in just about four months.
The lagoon at the resort is a really nice setting to relax and swim a little but not for any significant distance swimming. Not to worry patti, the water is a beautiful blue. The rock wall does prevent you from going far out. However, there is snorkel gear available to rent at the resort to see the few fish that sneak into the lagoon. If anyone knows of a good snorkeling area (especially one where it's easy to get a cab back to the Hard Rock), I'd love to hear about it.
I realize it's not beach swimming, but why can't you just go over the rocks that create the lagoon and go snorkeling out there?

Because the lifeguards will start running along the beach blowing their whistles until you come back in. No going beyond the rocks! No idea why - I guess it's a little rough and they don't want to deal with the liability? I don't know but believe me they are watching.
There are also some cenotes that are close by - some people went last year and enjoyed it.
cenotes can be a blast, we hit up a few a couple years back, this one was my favorite. It's a few hours from the resort, it's with the Mayan Ruins of Ek Balam, which are truly amazing....

We also did the Gran Cenote complex which is near Tulum. A bit more touristy, but still a ton of fun.

Great advice and pictures. I seriously thought about doing a "free willy" in the lagoon and jumping over the rock barriers but I figured they wouldn't like that. Still, it might be fun to try :cheesy:
the waves are coming into the rocks pretty hard. i wouldnt think anyone would really want to swim on the other side of the wall.
this might be the silliest question of all time - but to those who went last year, should i worry about packing beach towels? or are those available from the resort?
starting to get really excited - just booked flights!

The resort provides towels poolside.

i have a question, too, can't find an answer anywhere.
what is the smoking policy at the resort? i assume you can't smoke in the rooms, ok to smoke on the balconies? do they have designated areas outside? please advise, thanks.
You can smoke outside, including your balcony.

So only XX for beer but what about booze and wine? In particular bourbon, vodka and dry red wine?
About how much is cab ride to the beach?
Are meals available during certain hours or 24 hrs day?
Thanks!
I'm so excited.

There was more variety of beers than XX. Not a great variety if you're a beer aficionado. I am not. There was group of people this year that brought beer with them and had beer exchange gathering. There is also an OK variety of hard liquor. It varies though where you get your glass filled (and I recommend bringing your own cup as their cups are small). Anyway, the cabanas by the beach or pool have a more limited variety then say some of the clubs and bars inside. I drank my share of Jack Daniels. I can't give info on taking a cab to a beach. We had our own car (family of 6 made it cheaper to rent then use public transport), but we also didn't travel to go another beach other than at the Mayan ruins and then spent some days at Tulum. I have a list of accumulated suggestions and recommendations when preparing for this type of trip. This list comes from various people who have gone on Cloud9 excursions. I will share it here after I find it.
Here is the list I've been compiling as far as recommendations when preparing for your trip to Mexico. This has come from people who have ventured off on one or more of these excursions. Obviously it isn't an end all be all and is sometimes relevant to each individual but not to everyone. I hope this helps (and I will post this on the fan forum as well):
- Check your passport early and be sure it doesn't expire before your trip. At the same time make copies of your passport and leave a copy in the States with someone and take a copy with you. Would also recommend copies of your driver's license and maybe a credit card just to be safe. You should also leave a detailed itinerary with phone numbers and locations with someone in the States. And definitely call your credit card and let them know you're leaving the country. I like the recommendation of scanning your important documents to a password protected pdf and then emailing it to yourself. This way you can access these documents anywhere.
- Upload an app for your phone that allows it to be a walkie talkie (i.e. voxer, viber) so you do not get charged international fees for using your phone abroad. The apps are free and the resorts have free wifi. This allows you to stay in touch with other Holiday-ers at the resort. Also, you can use an app like Wickr for texting
- Imodium, Cipro and/or probiotics to help with nausea. Maybe even some pedialyte for the morning after.
- Big plastic insulated cup, tumblr (the resort will fill your cup and you're not mandated to use their cups)
- Emergen-C – If you've never used it, it works wonders. Great when you're starting to feel a "cold" coming on
- Extra sunscreen and cigarettes is highly recommended. Very expensive at resort
- Take a poster tube. I bought a plastic one from an office supply store. The poster is a treasure you won't want damaged.
- Bring lots of $1 and $5. I know it says we're not supposed to tip, but I ALWAYS tip at these resorts. You will get much better service and stronger drinks. They very much appreciate it. I've heard mixed opinions about using US dollars versus Pesos. I believe the locals have better resources for exchange than tourists.
- DEFINITELY use your resort credits. Book early at the spa. Also works for merch in the Hard Rock store.
- Airplane bottles of booze for your flight as your carry on liquids. Their size meet the criteria
- MUSIC FOR YOUR ROOM
- Shoes are an interesting topic. Some don't feel flip flops cut it. Some are happy to bare feet. The resort is really big so be aware you may be doing some walking depending on where you're located compared to the stage. If you do choose to go with the flops, many recommend a carabiner to hold you flops or sandals during the show. You most likely will want to go bare foot in the sand so with the carabiner you can clip you footwear and hang them somewhere safe.
- Take a picture of the instrument on your building and your room number.
- You can get a Hard rock specific shuttle from the airport and if this is what you choose, book it early. Many do recommend getting a cab instead or the VIP shuttle out of customs. Personally I like the chance of riding the HR shuttle with Holidayers and getting to know new friends early.
- Condoms & lube
- Go early, stay late (obviously this is $ dependent). Personally, we're going a day early and staying somewhere non-resorty and cheap to get some culture before lapping in luxury.
- Great tips for your maids and room servants: school supplies, toys and baseballs. Your maids will love you for it when they get to take these things home to their kids. Sometimes these things are better than money.

I think you can use your resort points to get a decent bottle of wine.
Near the front doors of resort, there is a list of destinations and costs for cab. I can't remember how much but it wasn't a lot. BUT - be sure to leave yourself plenty of time to get back to the resort, and have the front desk and bellman's phone number with you just in case your cab doesn't show up. (I speak from experience).
Food is available 24 hours - not all the restaurants are open but there is room service.
You should be excited.
thanks for that, very useful info!
i'm having trouble deciphering one line, though:
- Airplane bottles of booze for your flight as your carry on liquids. Their size meet the criteria
please clarify for this infrequent flyer. thanks!

I buy those small airplane bottles at the liquor and put them in my ziploc bag with my other liquids. As far as the TSA is concerned at the airport, the fact you're carrying liquor is not their issue. You just have to be discreet when mixing drinks on the plane. I suggest you bring your own cup for drinking at the resort since their cups are typically very small. The resort doesn't care and the bartenders are happy to make you drinks in your personal cup. Make sure you carry this cup with you in your carry on. Also bring a Nalgen type water bottle with you in your carry on. So once you get through security find a place to fill your Nalgen with ice and then go buy a bottle of mixer. So when you're on the plane you can mix cocktails.
Thanks gluvmiller, great tips!
can anyone shed some light on how the airport transfer service works. We are wanting to do it one way on the 31st to the resort. We arrive around 3 pm on 1/30 and have a hotel in cancun for the night, and then think the easiest thing would be for us to head back to the airport on the morning of 1/31 to hop on the shuttle. I can see on Cloud 9 site where to add the shuttle option, but I see no info at all about the times and frequency they depart the airport. Anyone have any info on this?

Cloud 9 asks for your flight information when booking the transfer. They will have someone at the airport ready to pick you up based on your arrival time. They did have a couple of vans when we arrived, and then just left once full. I don't know if we just happened to be arriving at a popular time, but I wouldn't count on a van being there. Your best bet is to call Cloud 9 and let them know your plans.
ok thanks.
I'm sure this is addressed somewhere, but how safe did you feel your room was? I'm going to have to do some periodic work and need to bring my big laptop. Even if there are room safes I highly doubt my laptop would fit inside it.
we didnt have any issues at all and our safe was broken. i brought ipad, ipod, bluetooth speaker, and laptop.
Never been to this resort, been to several others. Never had a problem, then our last trip someone climbed up and went through the balcony and cleaned out someone in our group while they were sleeping.
I will be locking the balcony and everything possible in the safe going forward.
anyone else notice the time change posted on the schedule for daily activities that will be happening on february 1st?
looks like the clocks will be moving an hour ahead to eastern time while we are there...i'm sure they will make everyone aware as much as possible due to excurisions and whatnot.

Too bad it's not the other way around. I'm sure an extra hour of sleep would be helpful. Maybe we can get a refund for that lost hour
How readily available is greenery down there? other party favors?

I need advice:
How can I fast forward time so that it is next week already? I mean, it doesn't have to be OBH yet... but I could really use a couple days under my belt.
I am working nights and losing my mind.
This is our 1st OBH but been to other C9 ventures ( island exodus, which is insanely fun ). We hired a luxury van to pick us up and have room for 2-3 people, I think it max at 5 total. Cost is about $15 ea way per person. PM me if you want to join. Arrive 1/30 4pm, leave 2/5 2pm flt.
C U on La Playa.
Question: I see that the excursions are no longer on sale on the website. Is it still possible to purchase an excursion once we get down there or is it too late now?

I know last year they were still for sale at the resort, but this year everything seems to be filling up faster, so not sure. I'm looking at buying an excursion once I'm there, but I'll tell you, I didn't go on one last year and I managed to have the time of my life still!

We went on an excursion last year, but didn't go through Cloud 9. I wasn't too thrilled with the options last year. They have someone in each lobby at The Hard Rock that books excursions on site. They have a whole binder of options for you to look through. I found this to be much cheaper than using Cloud 9.
Keep in mind that you also don't need to book an excursion for certain things like, Tulum, Playa Del Carmen, Xel Ha, etc. We just took a cab to Tulum one day and a cab to Playa Del Carmen another day. It costs less this way, and you can do it on your schedule. A cab was only about $20.00 one way to any of those. This year we pre-purchased tickets to Xel Ha online for $80.00 vs. the $139 or so that it was for Cloud 9.
Nice! Thanks, I'll check that out as soon as i get in.
