Title: Lets all thanks aMD! 2000-10-27 WFPK on Archive

Hey guys/gals, Dylan sent this to me a while back and I was about to post it to the archive but it had some stereo issues as well as tracks overlapping on another. I spent a little time working on this as well as learning some things about editing music, it was actually pretty fun!

On to the details, soon a couple of these tracks will be avilable on the demos disc that is to be released in february. On that disc will also be the "it's about twlight now" that is sadly missing from this recording...

If you download just one song from this set, you gotta get the Honest man, Jim screams once in it and you get so excited that the next time he screams you could poteneially wreck your car. (there's your warning...)

ah kory :-*

I love this:

QuoteIf you download just one song from this set, you gotta get the heartbreakin' man, Jim screams once in it and you get so excited that the next time he screams you could poteneially wreck your car. (there's your warning...)

Love it! Even though I don't see Heartbreakin' Man in the set list :) - I bet you meant Honest Man and I hear what you're sayin'! :)

I have some random songs at the bottom of my iTunes, one of which, turns out, is a recent "The Dark." I downloaded the Live Lunch and the 2000 "Dark" filtered in next to 2006 "Dark." So I clicked on the 2000 version and heard the intro and sparse, polite applause, and then I clicked on the 2006 "Dark" - just to see what it was - and the intro is this cavernous whistling/applause thousands of people wave of excitement roar. That's pretty incredible...

Thank you Dylan!! Thank you Kory!!

I hope you all love this one as much as I do.  This remains one of my favorite shows of all-time.  It's definitely the one I've heard the most.  I was excited to see that two songs from this show will be featured on the up and coming Demos release. Enjoy.  War Begun is the highlight but it'll be out for reals soon.  The whole set is amazing though.  The interview is not included, it was a pretty good one.  Jim was on top of his game this afternoon, fo sho.

A cassette copy would be the funk but only if you're really bored some day...
