Got the vinyl and I was only able to dl 4tracks. When trying to redeem the others it went to a blank whie screen and never dl but when I went back it said the track was redeemed and I could not dl again. Also why no dl all feature instead of individual tracks? Anyone else have issues with their dl?
Anyway emailed this neurotic media hopefully they will give me a new code less any one of you fine folks can send a link.
I also had a similar issue. Logged on, hit DL on the first track, screen went blank. Nothing in my DL folder but it's saying I only have 13 DL left. So of course I hit it again with the same results. Now I'm Down to 12 DL's left with no music....
It's working much better today. It gave me all the DL's even though it said I only had 10 left so I'm happy!
Yeah. Glad to say they sent me a new code and I used a different browser and it worked with no issues
