Look for easy streat records show, seatle, WA 11-5-05.  There was an All About The Music festival solo show recently that made the rounds.  I thought that Kory put it on Archive but I am not sure.  That was in September maybe.  Not sure.

Saw my first MMJ show in Philly last weekend....( who would a thunk at age 49 !!) got turned onto them by WXPN about a year ago ... One of the best shows I've ever seen, and I've seen alot since my 1st Steppenwolf concert at age 11 !!
My question is...why did ,(and does he still ?), Jim James do a solo tour? He played the WXPN annual All About The Music festival this summer. I didn't go beause I really wanted to see the whole band the 1st time. Thanks

Vinnie

Hey Vinnie (nice Philly name  ;D

Can't answer your question, but as a Philly native myself I just wanted to welcome you aboard to the MMJ train.  I can't even tell you how many bands WXPN turned me on to over the years.  What a great radio station...one of the things I miss most about my hometown.

Wadda you mean by "nice Philly Name" ? Youze stereotyping me or som tin'? Am I funny?? Do I make you laff ?....just kiddin'!!

You no longer live in the area? Where you from and where you at now? I'm actually in the Jersey burbs ( 15 minutes to the city) But if you tell people you're "Vinnie from Jersey" ,they think you're from Hoboken or somewhere up north. They should make South Jersey and North Jersey 2 different states !! Guess you still listen to XPN thru Podcast ?! I've been a listener and off and on member  for over 20 yrs.!!

Does anyone know what happened to these shows? When following these links, the message returned is: "The item is not available due to issues with the item's content."
So far there are no volumes of my own project missing I think, but not so long I uploaded a recording of another artist which was deleted after a while for the same reason as mentioned above. Strangely enough, I never received a message from the people at the LMA why it has been deleted (although I know why, but that's a different story) ... I'm curious to know if the person(s) who uploaded the now missing shows have received such a message, or else if they will try to contact the moderators at the LMA to inform why!?
It really stinks when shows disappear from the archive without knowing why!
