@mymorningjacket playing Circuital with no power on stage goes down as one of my all-time favorite MMJ moments. #professionals #RockEnSeine

gotta be amazing! anyone have the setlist from RockEnSeine? Is it another festival so we kinda know what to expect? I'd still like to document

A lot of bands would have stopped.
Forging ahead. True professionals!
Digging Bo's jam where Carl usually takes ya for a ride...

absolutely a fucking amazing version. This really makes it clear to see for all at how perfectly arranged of a song Circuital is...It's a song I have usually taken for granted, especially when I saw it live, as much as I loved it. Its become one of their epics in my mind, almost like their Achilles Last Stand or something..its fucking perfect.

And hearing Patrick just bash out that groove put every EDM concert / DJ to shame, that was a thumping, REAL beat...and Jim's vocals are just...what can be said? ITS THE WAY THAT HE SINGS....  It really forces the mind to imagine all the other elements, Carl's teardrops from heaven guitar, Bo's twinkling twilight piano and Tommy's A chord allegiance...Circuital is a masterpiece and this video affirms that

Reminds me of MMJ @ Kahbang in Bangor, ME in 2011.  Patrick is out of commission with food poisoning, so the show must go on.

Then, of course, there is the soundcheck party at Forecastle in 2012.  Thunderstorms cause them to shut down the stage, so...

Under The Overpass!

You can download two versions of the complete acoustic Under The Overpass, recorded by forum members Kory and Robb here:
