First off - so hyped for the Red Rocks shows I can hardly stand it and it sounds like many of you fine people will be there, as well. My crew is camping at the Big Bear campgrounds nearby and I just had a few questions for those of you who may have camped there before (sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, I looked for other posts but couldn't find anything).
1) I am curious about strictness of 2 tent / 2 car / 6 people rule
2) How easy is it to get to and from the venue? Can you walk it? Is there a shuttle or something?
3) What is the atmosphere at the campground? Is it basically all people attending the shows (so more of a party) or are normal people there, too, and therefore a little more calm?
Thanks friends!
I don't have an answer, but I do like the "or are normal people there too"
I wouldn't plan on a shuttle to Red Rocks, but you can leave a car there overnight, so if you have more than one car, you can retrieve it in the morning. I live near by and we leave cars overnight all the time.
You could also walk to the Conoco gas station and try and get a ride from there.

You can leave your car at redrocks overnight? So hypothetically, I could sleep in my car at red rocks overnight?
Not sure that will fly - you can leave a car (prevents drunk driving), but they have a strict rule against camping in the parking lots.
you can always try.
