Yes, truly awesome show.  Funny, the last show I downloaded was the 1/21/04 show, at Cat's Cradle in Carrboro, NC, just three days earlier.  I would have loved to catch a show back then.  The Cradle would have been cool, too.  Anyone ever been to a show there?  Saw Bela Fleck, Buddy Guy, and John Hammond (not at the same time, however).

I love listening to the evolution of their sound.  I'm currently listening to the ADTF demo package in my car, then these 2004 shows, then new shit slowly coming out in dribs and drabs.  Awesome.

Oh man, 2004. I saw my first Jacket show at the Gypsy Tea Room in September that year. I walked in about an hour before the opener (Centromatic), and was amazed that the place was pretty much empty. I talked to Tommy at the merch table for a bit, then got a large bourbon and staked my territory in front of JJ's monitor and stayed there all night. Best show ever.

It's a Matrix,meaning a mixture of Sbd and Aud.

I really like both of them, but 05/16/2004 is my favorite of those two.
