That's impressive but another important thing to know is wether they sold a lot of albums or not. Did they sell more copies than At dawn or the Tennessee fire?

you can see a lot of 'albums of the year' lists from different music mags. MMJ have done really well with the critics and as a result you would expect sales of 'It Still Moves' in 2004 to increase big time.
I believe things are still moving on a par with early REM.
Another thing worth noting about the Mojo piece is that Dan Auerbach of the Black Keys commented about his love for _It Still Moves_ ~~funny because when I saw the Keys in October I thought how great it would be if they toured with MMJ because they are also a damn fine live show, yet different enough to make it interesting.
for the record, MMJ also made Spin's Top 40, although i can't remember where. not high enough.
Man, Black Keys w/ MMJ would be amazing! I'd probably pee my pants.
