Title: JJ doing "Dark end of the street"
Post by: corey on Sep 07, 2005, 05:39 PM
I asked about it in the cover thread in off-topic, but thought I'd throw it out here for those of you that don't venture to that forum...
Does anyone have an mp3 of JJ doing that tune from the Gram Parsons tribute? His other tune from that night is on the DVD, but I need to hear DEOTS. I didn't know it then, but that song was written by 2 dudes from where I live. I've also since fallen in love with Parson's version and Frank Black's version.
Any help in this matter is appreciated.

I'd like to hear it, too.  And there has to be a copy of Jim doing 'Hot Burrito #1' floating around, too.  I think they played that one on KCRW twice, somebody's got to have it!
