I'm just wondering if and how I can check out the FTP. I'm not very good w/ computers so i'm not quite sure what it is and how it works. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out and let me be a part of this.

chunty, email johnconaway@gmail.com and ask him for the strict info. He'll give you a url and a password, and then basically, it's like a big file folder that has lots of wicked stuff for you to download.
