$7.99 in-store at Best Buy! No, I don't work there...I was just browsing the online weekly sales flyers.
thanks for the heads up. i will probably be doing my part to keep austin weird and buying it at waterloo. but i'll let others know.... :)
WOW
ill get an extra then !!
I'll get 2 too. :)
i've already pre-ordered mine on both cd and vinyl formats, but after i leave school, i'll definetly stop at Best Buy and buy an extra copy to listen to while i am at work and give it to one of the non-converted once my pre-ordered cd arrives.
Yeah, I usually never buy anything from Best Buy anymore...but when you're talking a 5-6 dollar difference from my local indie store, then money talks....especially when it's tight.

Mmmm, disagree. I would rather give my six or seven bucks to my favourite record store and have them stay in business then help inflate the bottom lines of the hideous big business shitheads.
:) that's, of course, my opinion.
i wish there was a local indie store that i could support

Well, yeah, that's different. Here in Toronto, we have many independent, rock, record stores. And we also have crappy big-name stores.
You can only do what you can do. :)

i try my best, i have bought every MMJ disc that i own (eight) at Grimey's record shop in Nashville, except for ISM and Z (tommorow) . As of last Friday, ISM was the only MMJ cd for sale in Bowling Green.

i live in Bowling Green, pretty much right in the middle of town. if anyone is ever in the area, send me an email and we can hang out or something.
(only 90 minutes till i'm released from school and get my hands on a copy of Z)

You're in school right now? Like highschool? They let you use the internet?
We didn't have internet when I was in highschool, so somehow this seems strange to me. Nevermind. I'm just old.
actually, we are only supposed to use it for school purposes while in class, but it's Z day, i dare that substitue to come say something to me
I ended up getting Z at my local indie store....it was 3 dollars more than Best Buy, but I got the vinyl Off The Record/How Could I Know single with it, so it was worth it.
