yeah there was. and it was conaways. it is now defunct however. he's still still "around" but doesn't post a lot these days.
as for your second question I don't know if it can be openly distributed for free. if so I'll posted it. the copy i have i dubbed from my old record player but it gets the point across.

I'd imagine Riny could give the go ahead but I see that it is an official release and the answer could be no. I just wish I could buy it somewhere because I surely would.

Don't buy from eimonasounds, I never got mine from them. They apologised & said they'd send another copy but they never did. Now they ignore my emails, I'm trying to get the money back from amazon.co.uk
