this thread is solely for helping us find the best weekend for our shindig at CRYSTAL ONYX CAVE CAMPGROUND, CAVE CITY, KY. the two candidates are:
June 1-3
June 22-24
Let's keep all discussion of why dates are preferred out of this thread so it's quick to navigate and reference. i'll try to keep an eye on it in the coming days and maintain a tally. if you have a no-way, jose date (previous obligations, weddings, gigs, etc) you can drop me a pm.

Sure. Sorry, I just realized that I derailed this thread a bit by adding more than dates. So add Ghosts for June 22-24 (unless he says otherwise).

I'm not positive yet I will be able to swing this, but I realllyyy want to make it happen. And June 22-24 would be the best bet. It all depends on a if my new roomate is sleeping thru the night or not.

For the record, it's 10 to nothing in favor of the 22-24. So I think it's settled.

I'm definately going to this shindig, I'm pretty sure ill get fired from work for missing to go to bonnaroo and then this, but its not like its a real job or anything. Work or this? Yeah, is it even a choice. This is gonna be pretty badass. Any trips to the strip mall porn store in Horse Cave for anyone? I think thats an important part of the area. Sorry but I'm bummed. I want 2 go to this but 2 months is just too short of notice. My fear is not many will attend cuz of the short notice then the fire goes out. I'm not trying to buzkill this but can we just plan 4 next year so I can have enough time to arrange time 4 this. I'm in Cali.

Uh sorry but its deffinately going down. I'm probably not going but i know that they're pretty much set on it. Its is the "first annual" so try again next year.
